Lost & Found Card

In case the existing card is stolen/lost, got mutilated/destroyed or the embossing name is printed wrong, a replacement card can be issued through the issuing branch. The following process will be adopted in case of issuance of a replacement card.

 

  • The Customer will inform the call center to Block the existing card.
  • The customer will visit Branch and submit the replacement card request.
  • Head Office will send a new card to the customer’s branch address, and the customer will receive his/her new card from their respective/parent branch.
  • Charges/fees will be applicable as per the Schedule of Charges (SOC).
