Drop-in customers may use “Complaint Box” in nearest ZTBL Branch

The following must be provided in complaint otherwise it will not be processed:

  • Name
  • Mailing Address & Contact Number
  • CNIC & Account No.
  • Brief Description
  • Supporting evidence if any

Customers will receive (except incomplete/ anonymous complaints)

  • Acknowledgment of complaint
  • Interim Response in case scrutiny takes more time
  • Intimation of Complaint Resolution

However, if not satisfied with ZTBL Complaint Resolution, the complaint can be sent to Banking Mohtasib of Pakistan
